Controlling Democrats Before They Control Our Guns

Senator Lindsey Graham is the Republican Senator of South Carolina, and Democrats have turned up the furnace while he rejects gun bills before the bills are voted on. He is in support of gun confiscation laws along with a few Republicans.

The majority of Democrats support this heinous act which infringes on our Constitutional rights of The Second Amendment. Senator Graham continues to push for the “Red Flag” legislation which is pushing to get guns out of mentally ill and criminal’s hands.

It also is going to give the cops the right to pick up the guns from law-abiding citizens. While Senator Graham continues to push his agenda, the NRA and other gun supporting groups are stepping up to fight this.

Should this bill and turn into law, all gun owners are in trouble, and the innocent will be at the criminals’ mercy.

An example of how this works is if a husband and a wife have an argument, and the wife knows her husband goes out for target practice, she can claim she is “in fear of her life” without any threats.

The cops would have the authority to confiscate the gun with no questions asked.

The husband would have no say in the matter even though there was no threat to his wife. The husband would also be arrested and listed as a criminal. All without him knowing what is going on.

Any relative who is angry at someone in their family could do the same thing.

All that would have to happen is, the cops or the angry relative would call a judge, and if the judge sees fit, then orders would be issued to confiscate the guns and arrest the person with possession of a firearm.

In other countries and some states in the U.S., they have already implemented Red Flag gun laws where it has proven not to work. Even with all the background checks, it does not work because the murderers will find ways through the black market to get the guns.

By the Red Flag gun laws, this eliminates any form of self-defense for the innocent.

In Florida, a school shooter went on a rampage, and when the investigation went underway, they found the shooter went undetected through the Red Flag laws. Many cases are similar to this one.

A case from Maryland had a 61-year-old man killed after police tried to disarm him at 5 A.M. in the morning. His niece filed a complaint stating she was uncomfortable. When police arrived, they shot the man while trying to confiscate his gun.

The man’s niece claimed it was unnecessary for them to kill him because he was not going to hurt anyone. The man only fought back because they were infringing on his right to bear arms.

In the United Kingdom, all guns are illegal and have been confiscated. Now they have a knife problem. This only proves that if a murderer is out to kill someone they will do it no matter what. The U.K. is now trying to outlaw knives.

Gun control laws have been around for a few decades. But with Senators like Senator Lindsey Graham siding and pushing with the Democrats, it makes the battle difficult.

There has been a lot of back and forth over the years, and there is no doubt there are laws that need to be stricter on the mentally ill, terrorists, criminals, and anyone with a background.

Taking the guns out of the hands of the innocent is not the answer. Doing so will cause problems just like in the United Kingdom and everywhere guns are illegal.

When The Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi gained control over the House of Representatives, they have put these Red Flag gun laws as priority number one.

The likes of which have not been seen since Nazi Germany or when Joseph Stalin was in charge of Russia.

Letters and petitions have been sent to Senators Graham and Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) and other senators to keep The Second Amendment intact.

To dismantle it would be treason to what our Founding Forefathers put together hundreds of years ago. Senators are still rallying during this time, and the only good thing is the Republicans have control over the Senate.

As long as the citizens of this great nation can vote out the Democrats, we can keep the Democrats out of our guns with the backing of the NRA and the other pro-gun organizations.
